Trying to get back on the wagon, the last 2 wks have been very hard for me. Not sure why.
I made this for myself for lunch, but when my mom saw me making it, she wanted one too! That was a bit of luck, because my ingredients were easily enough for 2 servings :)
What you’ll need:
1 banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop (or more) of chocolate or vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp whipped cream
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 cup ice
*blender
Directions:
slice banana using knife (butter is best, don’t have to worry about being too careful) into blender
add milk
add protein powder + cocoa powder
top with ice
blend until thick
once done blending, pour into glass/cup
add whipped cream and chocolate toppings
enjoy!!!
